BBC News Make Over – Video ?

The BBC News website has received a complete make over bringing it line with the new BBC front page. The site looks brilliant, the usability has been improved and the user experience is definitely better. I would visit the BBC website three or four times per day and quite often my attention will be grabbed by a headline that sadly links to a video option feature that doesn’t work on my computer.

Foy Vance Interview

Foy Vance is one of the best singer songwriters to herald from Northern Ireland in the last ten years. Foy’s voice has a unique depth, clarity and range, combine this with song’s such Homebird it is easy to see why Foy is receiving the attention he deserves around the globe. The Tube 2.5 : Webservice

Equinux has released The Tube 2.5 with the new TubeToGo webservice. The Tube-users can now make their TV recordings available in an online Webgallery. With the TubeToGo web interface, users have complete access to recordings, can publish them and have the ability to schedule recordings on the go.

NewsFire : Free

Today’s a big day for NewsFire. After much internal debate, David has made the decision that as of today, NewsFire is totally free. No feature restrictions, no ads, no cut-down ‘lite’ version… this is the real deal.
