		<description>Thanks for sharing how you have set this up on a &quot;mass&quot; scale for your district.  I personally bought the EyeTV tuner this past year and shared with my staff of 60 that if there was something on TV coming up they wanted, I would record it for them.  Only had a few bites.  I think it will be more popular this coming year as we have a mobile iPod lab that teachers can use in the classroom with students.

Have questions come up about the legalities of copyright in terms of how long you should keep the shows or if you are supposed to delete them after so long?  I had a librarian ask me about that and I treated it more as a scenario where I share that knowledge with the teacher but what he/she does with it is his/her business.  Your thoughts?
