Apple have sent out a new email giving all Mobile Me customers sixty free days. These days are in addition to the initial free 30 day compensation.

Apple have full confidence in the Mobile Me product and unlike any other company I have come across offers compensation packages in advance of mass customer complaints. Any company that acknowledges it is not providing a service to the high standard it expects and provides compensation as a result certainly gets my respect.

I am still waiting for compensation from a large car company I was promised in mid June….. thanks Apple
