O2 Fulfilling Orders

Yesterday we reported that we had our order confirmed on site and had a screenshot to prove it. Well when we phoned O2 they said that if I didn’t have an order reference number with the confirmation then there was no order.

I am happy to say that was wrong, it seems the order was processed today as we received confirmation this evening.

I fear O2 staff are under massive pressure and thus the misinformation. I know a number of others thought they successfully ordered yesterday and were given the same information.

Yesterday was quite a fiasco but it appears more orders actually went through than we first thought. I have to say the email came as a complete surprise so much so I phoned to confirm it was actually real and not a mistake. We would love to hear from anyone else celebrating tonight. Anyone else had the email ?

I just hope it arrives now
