VisualHub now with TV Support

Techspansion’s VisualHub has been a runaway hit with Mac users of all types, from students to video professionals to families and everything in between. A week after the announcement of 640×480 H.264 capability on the iPod, VisualHub wasout of the gate with the first third-party solution for this new format.

The announcement of the TV started a new chapter in Apple’s domination of our lives, and Techspansion pounced on it like a thick book thrown at a spider. Techspansion has updated VisualHub to version 1.23 with full Apple TV conversion capabilities. High definition video can be converted for the TV up to 10 times faster than QuickTime Pro! On a 1.83GHz Intel Core Duo, a 2-hour 720p movie can be converted in as little as 5 hours.

Conversions from unencrypted DVD sources are also treated to the highest-quality conversion possible, with full-resolution encodes – No Pixel Left Behind. This means 848×480 NTSC/PAL or 1024×576 PAL resolution for your DVDs. Great for playback to an HDTV via Apple TV.

VisualHub 1.23 is only $23.32 and is a free upgrade to registered customers:
