Hinman Media is holding an open casting session to find television presenters for a new Friday night series on BBC Northern Ireland.

Niki Hinman, of Hinman Media said: ‘We are looking for interesting and energetic people, who want to bring a smile to Friday night television here in Northern Ireland.

The series is called Carjunkies – and as the title suggests – it’s about people who are obsessed with doing up cars.’ All those who want to try out will need to register their details on the day, and will be required to present a short piece to camera, and carry out a short on-screen interview.

Update : Auditions will now take place on Saturday 1st September in the Queens University Students Union. Candidates should be 18 or over.
