I am frequently criticised for the state of both my desktop and the number of applications that feature on my dock. Well I have decided to fight back and list the ten applications I use on a daily basis as form of justification of the cacophony of icons that pack the space.
Having been a massive fan of the AppleTV a number of friends have been pushing me towards the idea of a Mac Mini media server. To date I have fought the idea mostly down to the cost and complexity of such a system in a family living room.
