In actual fact the list is ideal for anyone managing a number of projects or large volumes of information. I predict this will be a fluid list given the pace of application development in this area.  

Evernote – Ever Ready

Deep down I have never really liked the idea of cloud computing. The thought that all my tasks, emails, contacts, events and notes would sit on a public area only protected by a username and password just didn’t sit right.

Despite the reality that no is actually interested in my latest note or calendar event it still made me nervous.Cloud computing is here and growing fast and to be honest I’ve grown into it at a colossal rate.

Big Year for Getting Things Done ?

Apple Mac users have no excuse for not working at their most efficient in 2009. This month alone we have seen the release of Things 1.0 (actually at 1.3 as I post) and this weekend The Hist List goes to public beta.

Education and Omnifocus Review

One of the best applications I discovered of 2008 has to be Omnifocus. If you haven’t heard of the software it is a brilliant ‘Getting Things Done (GTD)’ application that offers a range of brilliant tools that work really well in education.

Things Release Candidate

CulturedCode have released RC1 of their ‘Things’ task management software. This version of the application is almost identical to the final release next week. We have looked at Things before as an alternative to the great Omnifocus and we love the interface and ease of use.

Things for Mac

Over the last few weeks I have been playing with an application entitled “Things” Things is a GTD manager (Getting things Done). Firstly I would recommend anyone looking for a more efficient way of working gets their head around the GTD system.
