		<description>Hi Sean. It should be easy to replicate in Premier Elements and Premier Pro. As long as you can crop the top layer it will work fine. The key to the technique is having good footage in the first place.</description>

		<description>That film is one of the most underappreciated films of all time. I love the effects, the storyline, the acting. I&#039;m not a Tim Burton fan but this is one of my favourite films. 

Great effect used. Surely this could be replicated in Premiere Pro?</description>
